Legalization information

To submit your documents for legalization, you will have to pay a legalization fee and a service fee.

• Legalization Fee - The legalization fee charged by the German Embassy to process the legalization request. Legalization fees are charged for each legalized document;;
• Service Fee - The service fee collected by TLScontact in the amount of 8 Euro for each legalized document.

Fees will be paid on the day the documents are filed.

The fees for filing a legalization request are fixed in Euros (EUR) but payable only in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and only in cash.

The exchange rate between these currencies is decided by the German Embassy and is updated periodically, so it may happen that the amount to be paid in TND differs from the amounts indicated below.

Requests for:

• certification of signature;
• certificates

will be accepted directly in the consular section of the German Embassy; Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. without appointment.
