Starting on 5 August 2026, TLScontact is introducing a new appointment allocation system for document services at its centre in El-Sheikh Zayed. Instead of selecting and booking an appointment online, applicants will be automatically allocated an appointment, based on availability. 

Which services are affected?

This new system will be put in place for the following services:

• Document legalization
• Document authentication
• Translation certification

For students applying for document legalization, the appointment booking process remains unchanged.

How to get an appointment

1. For El-Sheikh Zayed applicants, the new process will be as follows:
2. Register on the TLScontact website and provide the required information about your application.
3. Once your application is validated, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that it has been received and placed in a queue.
4. You will receive an email notification when an appointment is allocated to you. 
5. Pay the service fee within the deadline indicated in the email to confirm your appointment.

Note: Applicants who have already created their applications and are currently waiting for an appointment must log in to their personal TLScontact account to ensure they are included in the appointment queue.

Why this change?

This new process has been implemented to protect the applicants from fraudulent and costly third-party agencies, and ensure fair and equitable access to appointments for all legitimate applicants.
