All applicants who have booked or will book their appointments on or after the 3rd of March 2024, will attend the appointment at our new location: Building B9, the 3rd floor, Capital Business Park, Western Periphery of El-Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October, Egypt.

With the onset of EG.5 virus, It is highly recommended during this period to:

1. Keep physical distance of at least 1 metre from others, even if they don’t appear to be sick. Avoid crowds and close contact.2. Wear a properly fitted mask when physical distancing is not possible and in poorly ventilated settings.3. Clean your hands frequently with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.4. Cover your mouth and nose with a bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Dispose of used tissues immediately and clean hands regularly.

Due to a revision of the German Foreign Costs Law the fee for the additional value added service authentication of copies is changed. According to the new Federal Foreign Office Special Fee Ordinance, applicants are no longer allowed to bring their own copies of documents. All copies of the original document must be made by TLScontact inside the visa application centre.Starting from 19th of March 2022, TLScontact will impose a fee of 21 EUR as an all-inclusive service fee for the copy certification service per original document, irrespective of how many copies have to be made of this original document and irrespective of the original document’s page count.

Our centres will be closed on August 12th, 2021 therefore all appointments on that day will be moved to August 10th, 2021 at the same timing slot, for example, if your appointment is on the 12th of August at 09:00 am, it will be moved to 10th of August at 09:00 am.

Our centres will be closed on July 1st, 2021 therefore all appointments on that day will be moved to June 30, 2021 at the same timing slot, for example, if your appointment is on the 1st of July 2021 at 09:00, it will be moved to 30 June 2021 at 09:00.

Kindly be informed that starting from the 15th of June 2021, the service fee payment will be online or through Fawry stores during the appointment booking process.

You will pay 100 EGP online or through Fawry stores which is required for one document only so if you will legalize more than one document, the total service fee will be calculated on the day of your appointment according to the number of documents that need legalization and you will pay the rest of service fee inside the centre in Egyptian currency “EGP” in cash.

Note: The legalization fee has to be paid in EGP in cash at TLScontact centre.
